SHIPPING

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes. Once an order reaches your country, you are responsible for any additional customs clearance charges.

RETURNS

You can return every product purchased through our online store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. To do so, please send us an email declaring you want to withdraw from the purchase contract to info@niinfa.world. It is sufficient for you to send a statement within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

In case you decide to return your order, you will need to cover return shipping costs and any additional duty and/or tax fees if applicable. Please consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items damaged or lost in shipping won’t be eligible for refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable. We’ll refund what you paid for the items ordered, we won’t refund the shipping and return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition. It cannot be worn and has to be in the same condition in which you received it All tags must be originally attached. Your order must be returned in the original packaging.

Your purchase will be refunded within 30 days after the receipt of the return item.
